Delivery terms and conditions

We have designated Wednesday as our weekly delivery day.
All orders must be submitted by 9 PM on Monday to be included in the Tuesday dispatch manifest.
Upon receiving your order, we will send a message to confirm your delivery. Deliveries will occur before 1 PM on Wednesday, and it is essential that someone is available to accept the order.
LIVE FISH ON ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We take great care in preparing the fish for transit and properly bagging them, which is why we provide a live fish on arrival guarantee.
In the rare event that you receive a dead on arrival (DOA) fish, please contact us immediately.
We will need video or photographic evidence of the fish in the unopened bag. Once we receive this, we can either issue a full refund for the fish or add the extras to your next order. This situation is quite uncommon, but once the fish are out of our control, issues can arise.
We cannot accept responsibility for any losses once the fish have been placed in your own tank, so we advise conducting your own research prior to purchasing.
Regrettably, due to courier expenses, we are unable to refund the delivery charge.
ADDING FISH TO YOUR TANK
Your fish may experience slight stress upon arrival, so it is crucial to transfer them to the tank quickly and safely.
We always recommend using the drop and plop method.
1. Turn off your tank's lights.
2. Float the UNOPENED bag(s) in the tank for 20 to 30 minutes.
3. In one motion, open the bag and empty its contents into a net over a bucket. Then, place the fish into the tank.
Never add the bagged water to your tank; once the bag is opened, a chemical reaction occurs with the fresh air that reactivates the ammonia in the water. This can lead to ammonia burns on the fish, so it is imperative to remove the fish from the water immediately after opening the bag.
