Refund Policy

Due to these being living animals, returns are not permitted.

We offer a live fish on arrival guarantee policy.

Any DOA must be reported to us up to 1hr after delivery with a video or photo of the fish in the unopened bag.

We can’t be responsible for any losses once the fish are placed in your own tank, therefore please do your own research before ordering.

A refund for any losses can then be issued or extra fish added to your next order.

Issues hardly every happen due to our experience with bagging and sending out fish, but once with the courier its out of our control.
